Managing a wide variety of projects for the Center For Advanced
Spatial Technologies at the University of Arkansas has allowed her to develop
a unique skill set. Multimedia, Web Design, 3D visualization are just a few areas
of expertise. She has been at the forefront of developing new solutions for visualization
technologies. Snow has received her Bachelor of Science from the University
of Arkansas in Earth Science.

With a masters degree in Geography
he has spent the last six years working in the geospatial technologies
field at the University of Arkansas. Paxton has been involved in
the EAST Initiative for the last several years and has helped Snow
co-manage CADIS/CRATE projects in the past. He has also taught GIS,
web design, cartography, and 3d design to EAST students. His technical and project management background helps to bring much needed
expertise to projects.
